A shared Shopify design system across many storefronts
A reusable, CDN-deployed design system that brought consistency, speed, and far easier maintenance to many brand storefronts on one platform.
The challenge
Each brand’s storefront looked and behaved a little differently, styling was duplicated and inconsistent, and every change had to be made many times over. The platform needed consistency and speed across all stores without slowing the team down.
What we did
- Built a shared design system — a reusable component and styling library (built on a Bootstrap foundation) used across all the brand storefronts.
- Deployed it via CDN, so updates roll out fast and consistently everywhere.
- Set up a build and deployment pipeline so changes ship reliably without manual steps.

Shopify, SCSS / Bootstrap, JavaScript, CDN delivery (S3 + CloudFront), CI/CD.
